1. Subject of the Service

These conditions establish the legal framework for using the ÎnvățareEficientă online platform, administered by ITSM College, headquartered at Str. Albert Einstein 208, Romania. By accessing and using the services, the user expressly and unconditionally accepts the terms described below.

The platform offers courses, educational materials, and information organization tools, intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. Any other use requires the prior written consent of the administrator.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to:

• Provide accurate and complete information upon registration;
• Not share access credentials with third parties;
• Not upload illegal, defamatory content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Romania.

In case of violation, ITSM College reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the account without prior notice.

3. Provider Rights and Obligations

ITSM College undertakes to:

• Maintain platform functionality within reasonable limits;
• Protect personal data in accordance with the privacy policy;
• Periodically update educational content.

The provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of technical errors and assumes no liability for indirect damages caused by the use of the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITSM College is not liable for:

• Data loss or service interruptions;
• Moral or financial damages resulting from improper use of the platform;
• User-generated content.

The total liability of the provider for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fee paid in the last 12 months.

5. Payment and Refund Conditions

Payment for subscription services is made monthly or annually, according to the chosen option. Invoices are issued electronically to the provided email address.

Refunds are granted only in the case of proven billing errors. Amounts for already used subscription periods are not refunded. Subscription cancellation can be done at any time from the account settings, and access remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Modification of Terms

ITSM College may unilaterally modify these conditions, with 30 days prior notice via email or by publishing on the platform. Users who do not accept the changes may terminate the service before the new terms come into effect.

7. Termination of Use

The user may request account deletion at any time by sending an email to info@itsmcollege.com. The provider may terminate access in case of a serious breach of the terms, without the right to a refund.

After termination, personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy, and user-generated content may be retained for anonymized statistical purposes.
